The Fit, Bryan’s newest Smoothie Drink location in the Tejas Shopping Center is owned and operated by Jessica Blue. As a personal trainer Jessica and her staff are dedicated to providing tasty drink supplements that will help people achieve a healthier life style.

The Fit’s motto “You love your food, now let your food love you” is a reflection of the dedication the staff has to help promote a healthy drink supplement that is both good for you and tastes great.

The Fit offers something for everyone with their Signature Popeye, Arnold, Rock, Elvis and Jen smoothies to their Pick your Purpose Pre-Workout, Post Workout and Energy Smoothies. Complete Nutritional Information is available for each drink you purchase.

Open from 7am – 7pm Monday - Saturday, The Fit is located at 3105 S. Texas Ave in the Tejas Center next to Carters Burgers in front of Gold’s Gym. The Fit also offers a convenient drive thru.
